Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FaceWill application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

FaceWill is a desktop application for macOS that recognizes facial gestures via your device's camera and translates them into keyboard and mouse actions. The application also provides voice-to-text input.

3. License

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FaceWill for personal or commercial purposes.
• You may not decompile, modify, or redistribute the application.
• This license is effective until terminated by you or us.

4. Subscription and Payment

• FaceWill offers a free trial period and paid subscriptions (monthly and annual).
• Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your Lemon Squeezy account.
• Refunds are available in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy within 14 days of payment.

5. Camera and Microphone Usage

• FaceWill requests access to your camera for gesture recognition and your microphone for voice input.
• Video is processed locally and never leaves your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

• FaceWill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use or inability to use the application.
• FaceWill controls your cursor and keyboard on your behalf. You are responsible for actions performed by the application in response to your gestures.

7. Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Cloud features (voice input, analytics) may be temporarily unavailable.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to FaceWill, including code, design, name, and logo, belong to the developer. Use of trademarks without permission is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
